Baruipur Sitakundu Sneh Kunja is a registered non-governmental, non-political, non-profitable and non-religious institution working for the weaker, less fortunate and the deprived section of the society. At present it is running several Homes for the unfortunate and neglected children, Health Centers and numerous non-formal Educational Centers where children are able to easily access educational facilities free of costs and works in harmony and parallel to the government by encouraging regular school attendance and quality learning. Community Development Training Programs like Carpentry, Tailoring and Beautician were started so that they learnt the skills of the trade and got motivated to earn to augment their income so to be able to support themselves independently in the future.

BSSK started its journey in the year 2000 and much developmental works have been made possible. However all that we have achieved today would not have been achievable had it not been for the continuous assistance and support of GLOBAL HUMANITARIA a Spanish NGO, who has helped and is helping to sustain BSSK in all its varied activities and have helped it to ascend to great heights for the service of humanity.

BSSK started its journey in the year 2000 and we are very happy that our various educational centers are producing first generation learners and are helping to raise the level of social emancipation and enlightenment.
